It’s back once again the 6th Premier Gastronomy Festival between the 7th and 18th November 2017 held at the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko.
This year’s festival is more exciting than ever! Le Cordon Bleu Mexico & Le Cordon Bleu Peru join their forces at PREMIER, creating an intriguing Latin-American festival setting.

This gastronomy festival is excellent value don’t be put off by the price. They are a bargain for what you get. I had the best meal of my life here: Japanese cuisine (link to my review of this dinner) and every year has been memorable. And the chef of this meal, Chronis Damales is back again as the guest chef on 7th November 2017. Chronis is serving up a Japanese / Brazilian fusion degustation dinner.

This festival offers up the best reason I can think of for coming to Bansko. I’ll see you for dinner and I recommend the Premier as one of the top five star places to stay not just for these Gastronomy weekends but at any time of the year.
