After a week of mainly sunny skies, it was time the snow arrived. Around 10cm of the white stuff has fallen over the last 24 hours. But temperatures were high and the precipitation fell as rain as high as Banderishka Poloiana.
But the fresh snow is welcome and will see a good week ahead. Temperatures will fall overnight.
Snow forecast
More snow is forecast from Saturday 10th and 11th and this may be quite substantial. Here wheat my chat at the VIP Room with Cristian Zarnescu of pluspropertybansko.com who gave his view of the property market.
It’s certainly encouraging for agents with the high volume of Bansko sales. Probably around 1,000 sales in the last 12 months.
