During the whole summer season groups with more than 50 members can be transported with other lifts and working hours as well. In these cases your reservation must be made at least one day in advance in person the office of Ulen, situated in the gondola station in Bansko.

Notes on prices

For groups with more than 40 members can be transported at other times and by other lifts upon request at least one day before the date at the office of Ulen, located at the Bottom station of the gondola lift in Bansko.

A student pass/ticket can be purchased upon presentation of a valid and certified student card.
A high school student pass/ticket can be purchased by students between the ages of 13 and 19 /inclusive/ upon presentation of a document certifying the person’s age.
A lift pass/ticket for kids up to 7 years old and a pass/ticket for children from 7 years old to 12 years old /inclusive/ can be purchased and used only when the child is accompanied and upon presentation of a document certifying the age of the child. One adult can accompany up to 2 children /up to 7 y.o./.
A lift pass/ticket for retirees who are up to 65 y.o. /inclusive/ can be purchased upon presentation of a pension order /pension decision/, and retirees over 66 y.o. can purchase the corresponding category ticket for retirees, upon presentation of a document certifying the person’s age.
A ticket for the gondola lift for persons with disabilities can be purchased upon presentation of a valid Expert decision issued by a competent authority, certifying the degree of permanently reduced working capacity/type and degree of disability of the person concerned.
A gondola lift ticket for a person accompanying a person with a disability, in cases where the latter is entitled for to such and this is expressly recorded in the EP, can be purchased upon presentation of a valid Expert decision issued by a competent authority, certifying the degree permanently reduced working capacity/type and degree of disability of the person concerned and the right for assistance.
Mountain insurance is included in the price of passes and tickets.
A round-trip ticket can be used in both directions on the same day or in two different directions on separate days /without repeating the direction/ until the end of the declared season for which the ticket was purchased.
The daily pass for cyclists also includes the transport of the bicycle with the godndola. The pass for cyclists can be used multiple times by the holder within the working day of the gondola.
The seasonal summer pass 2023 enables its holder to use the gondola for the period of the summer season. The seasonal pass contains the name, surname and photo of its user and is validated on a chip card /plastic/, for which a BGN 5 deposit is paid. The seasonal pass entitles its holder to transport a bicycle with the gondola. The pass can be used multiple times within the working day of the gondola.
The operator of the resort reserves the right to change the start and end date of the season depending on weather conditions and other force majeure circumstances.
