Top 3 tips for buying lift pass tickets in the resort
- The gondola lift cash desk is open Thursday to Saturday in peak periods between 08:30 and 23:00 and Sunday to Wednesday 08:30 to 16:30.
- If your ski pass is for more than a day, then you’ll need everyone in your group to physically go to the gondola lift cash desk. The cashier takes a digital photo taken at booth. You can buy your lift pass anytime the previous day to be valid for the next day. You can easily top-up your lift pass online: www.skipoint.info
- One day lift passes are only available to purchase from 4pm the previous day. They can be purchased at the machine opposite the cash desk
Bonus tips: Lift passes are for consecutive days only. Lift pass includes mountain rescue insurance and basic medical attention in gondola lift medical centre. Always have full winter insurance before travel.

– The annual lift pass is valid during the specified opening hours of the Ski Center, when the lift facilities are open, for the period of the winter and summer seasons.
– The prices are in BGN incl. VAT
– A student lift pass can be purchased upon presentation of a valid and certified student ID
– A lift pass for high school students can be purchased by people between 13 and 19 y.o. (incl.) upon presentation of a document certifying the age of the person.
– Lift passes for kids up to 7 years of age and lift passes for children from 7 to 12 y.o. (incl.) can be purchased and used only when the child is accompanied and against upon presentation of a document certifying the age of the child
– One adult can accompany up to 2 children (up to 7 y.o.). The validity period of the lift pass for kids up to 7 years of age must correspond to the period of validity of the accompanying persons pass – the latter can not be shorter valid than the one of the child.
– Lift passes for retirees can be purchased upon presentation of an order for granting a pension (pension decision).
– Lift passes valid for more than three days, the passes for kids up to 7 years of age and for retirees over 75 years of age contain name, surname and photo of the user.
– The seasonal and annual lift pass is not subject to any other discount.
– The seasonal and annual lift pass enables the holder to use a quick access line to the gondola lift
– The price of the lift passes includes mountain insurance.
– The resort operator reserves the right to change the start and end dates of the season depending on weather conditions, snow cover and other force majeure circumstances.
– The operator of the resort reserves the right to change the price of lift passes in the event of objective reasons leading to an increase of costs for the provided service (price of electricity, fuels, etc.).
– The annual lift pass is valid only during the specified opening hours of the Ski Center for the period of the winter and summer seasons, when the facilities are open.
