Sardinian Cuisine at Come Prima Restaurant (Kempinski Bansko)

Once again, after the previous Kempinski special dinners chef Portelli has put together the most wonderful menu for Saturday 26th January 2019 at Come Prima restaurant in the Kempinski. By booking the Come Prima in the app or bit.ly/BanskoTableBooking you’re helping me deliver the content you enjoy here.

I am not alone in my opinion, that Bansko is close to overtaking Sofia as the place to come for great dining. This year I am seeing more imaginative and creative cooking, at all price levels than ever before, and the Kempinski is leading the gastronomic charge on quality for all us foodies.

Full Disclosure: Kempinski is a sponsor of Bansko Blog and whilst I never recommend anything I do not believe in and enjoy, you should bear this in mind when reading this.

Value for money

Yes, I am serious, the last fine dining special night was a real winner. Plenty of excellent Italian wine was poured and we, myself and four good friends, all had a super time. 119 leva is a very fair deal for this quality with ingredients freshly imported from Sardinia.

I’m going again because I love this menu; but my main issue is deciding the main course. It’s a chioce between suckling pig and sea bass.
