It’s back once again the 7th Premier Gastronomy Festival between the 3rd and 24th November 2018 held at the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko.
This year’s festival is more exciting than ever. New executive Chef, Velin Velikov, presents us his brand new menu and three secret Chef guests will present you 5-course degustation menu inspired from TRUFFLES, Classic French Cuisine and Modern French Cuisine.

This gastronomy festival is good value or what you get. I had the best meal of my life here: Japanese cuisine (link to my review of this dinner) and every year has been memorable. Reports from last weekend’s Saturday dinner were favourable.

This festival offers up the best reason I can think of for coming to Bansko. I recommend the Premier as one of the top five star places to stay not just for these Gastronomy weekends but at any time of the year. The premium suites are especially worth staying at.
