When Will The Bansko Ski Season End?

This Bansko ski season is set to end on the 17th April 2017. And you, like me, will be thinking, what will the snow be like in April?  See my snow report from the snow road below:

Weather forecast

Already we have typical Spring ski conditions. This means great skiing in the morning but slushy soft and sugary snow after 1pm ish. But is getting warmer this week. The snow road will soon become very difficult to get down — yesterday I had to pole down with Conor.

But I always expect the snow road as a bonus at this time of year.

But, almost every year we have a surprise weather front that comes in from the North and puts fresh powder higher up. It is way too soon for me to predict this. Stay tuned to Youtube and Facebook updates and my blog here. Get ready to come and join me here — but it is too early to be 1certain on the snow conditions.
