When Will The Warm Weather End?

The weather Bansko is unseasonably warm. See my video snow forecast below. Temperatures will drop on Sunday and thereafter I suspect winter will return. but it’s too early to be certain. Weather is weather and there’s nothing we can do about it. I’ve never known it like this in mid February. Nonetheless, skiing continues and people are making the best of it. Conditions are better higher up.

There’s always an upside. The sunshine is revitalising. So back to weather.

Weather forecast for next 5 days, 10 days

Temperatures over 15C in town will continue to punish all slopes. The snow road will start to struggle to hold with a lot of slush in the afternoon.

Once we get to Sunday temperatures start falling again and I think around mid next week — say 25th there’s a chance of snow. It is too early to be sure on this.
