Skiing and Snowboarding film fest is being held in Bansko from the 25th to the 27th February 2016. As I love watching these type of films, made even better with the use of drones, I’ll be there in the town square checking these out.
The organisers from Bansko Municipality and the Bansko Mountain Film Fest Association have prepared a programme, which includes 12 films from Austria, Italy, France and many other countries.
Ski and snowboarding films get you in the mood for the mountains, as well as showing what is possible. Once I get to mid March I tend to push my own skiing comfort zone and skill boundaries a little. I can do without any sort of injury in the busy part of the ski season 15th December to 20th March.
That said, I put safety first, and encourage all other visitors to do the same.
