Bansko snow fell heavily last night. After the restricted pistes last week, things are now looking on track for the season. But there is some warm air right now that will last for another day — then temperature move back down again and more snow higher up will fall. There could be some rain in town, however.

You’ll save money and help me do what I do better. I have received so many rave reviews on the services since 2009 and many already this season. The first impression of Bulgaria is important; and the hard work to make the private transfers and the Bansko Shuttle service (from €13.95 per person Bansko App booking only) has paid off. Safe driving, free piste map cloth, friendly drivers are about putting the customer at the centre of the business. I like to think this is the UBER of Bansko. A somewhat cheeky claim — but given that UBER is banned in Bulgaria now, I have no qualms in mentioning!

The quality of the equipment for hire and the dedication and empathy of the instruction is important when you arrive in the resort. Everyone is impressed by the team in the skimania shop helping our clients get the most out of their holiday.

Thank you for your patronage: it is truly appreciated. So much actually is better in Bansko than last year. The snow making on run 5, the new 6 pack express lift “Todorka” and the piste preparation. But it is the variety of restaurants that is even better than before.
