With the start of the Bansko Jazz Festival starting tomorrow (7th August) it is with great pleasure, I can recommend the Mexican buffet night at Ambrosia Restaurant at the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort hotel in Bansko.
Full Disclosure: Premier Luxury Mountain Resort are sponsors of Bansko Blog & Bansko App… bear this in mind — but regulars will know I never recommend anything I do not have really good reason to recommend.
So maybe after sampling some fabulous craft beer at the Good Beer Show, take a stroll to Amvrosia restaurant. Just like the dinners I have enjoyed at their Gastronomy festivals, I am supremely confident that excellent food, drinks and atmosphere will prevail at this Mexican evening (50 leva per person)
The BBQ, Taco and Quesadilla, Garnish and Dessert stations deliver on all my Mexican favourites — and, yes, I feel I am qualified to have an opinion as I have visited Mexico City on two previous occasions.

The gondola lift is working — so a morning hike followed by a leisurely beer then a Mexican — then Jazz in the main square is my recipe for one of my favourite Bansko weekends of the entire year.
