Amvrosia series of special foodie week... yum yum.

The focus on bringing innovative and creative food at the Amvrosia restaurant continues. Whilst the Premier hotel is a blog sponsor, so you may think I am biased, but I have had my very meal in Bansko here.

I would urge any one looking for a special occasion to consider  booking their meal at the Amvrosia restaurant.

Especially right now as for February they have just emailed me with the gastronomical journey of the world. This features tributes to the world’s most favourite cuisines.

Even famous guest chefs are being brought over to head up the kitchen. Feeling hungry now, me too — read on for more…

Here is the agenda:

1–8 February 2013 – Tribute to Spanish cuisine

Amvrosia restaurant's tribute to the world's gastronomy

Premier goes Spanish

Spanish specials accompanied with highly acclaimed Spanish wine in Amvrosia restaurant, whilst at the wonderful Nectar Bar they promise a selection of tapas will be available.

2nd February: Guest chef Pedro Grass, from Spain.

8–15 February 2013 – Tribute to Arabic cuisine

February continues in Premier Luxury Mountain Resort with a tribute to the Arabic cuisine mainly a combination of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Indian food. Rich in flavours and spices, the Arabic cuisine is synonymous to hospitality. “Tafathalo” means “Do me the honour” – it is an invitation to come to the table. So, Do Premier The Honour to visit Amvrosia and experience a gastronomic journey through the flavours of 1001 nights!

16th February: Guest chefs Radi Stambolov & Sidonya Radeva (Euro Toques Bulgaria).

15–22 February 2013 – Tribute to Argentinean cuisine

The next stop of Premier’s journey to the world of tastes is Argentina. A tribute to the Argentinean cuisine in Amvrosia restaurant, with the famous beef being the guest of honour.

I know many people ask me where can I find a good steak.

You have your answer. Here is Argentinian steak. In Bansko.

Guest chef: to be announced.

22–28 February 2013 – Tribute to Sicilian cuisine

Premier goes Sicily! The gastronomic journey could not leave out the greatly loved cuisine of Sicily! Taste the flavours of one of the most famous and highly acclaimed cuisines of the Mediterranean.

Sicilian flavours at the Amvrosia restaurant. I’ll be there for this one as fine Italian food is, I think, my absolute favourite.

23rd February: Guest chef Procopio Gaetano directly from Sicily.

Summary

The management of the Premier luxury hotel, with their Amvrosia restaurant, are demonstrating dedication to providing a great fine dining experience. There is often a special occasion to celebrate on a ski trip to Bansko and if you’re coming over to Bansko in February you will not go wrong by dining at Amvrosia.

You can find Amvrosia and many other restaurants in the Bansko mobile app. It’s interactive so its easy to book and find your way around
